At the age of 19, Geum-ja is imprisoned for the murder of a child - a murder committed by her accomplice Mr Baek. Geum-ja prepares her revenge by winning the hearts of her fellow prisoners. Upon release 13 years later and with the help of her former inmates, she orchestrates a careful plot to seek brutal revenge.
